This page is still being fleshed out. One of the main aspects of ORSCP is getting people in our two communitis comunicating person to person. Our pen-pal segment is in fact more of an email-pal project, as ready, reliable postal service isn’t quite available with the current situation. Our pen-pal program is in its starting stages. we hope to match people with like jobs, similar ages and interests.
